The garage of a house in Valtellina, at Cerido in the province of Sondrio, has been converted by the act_romegialli studio into a beautiful summerhouse with a kitchen and storeroom for gardening tools. A light steel framework encloses the preexisting structure and serves as a support for the dense and varied creepers that cover the whole construction. The furnishings and finishes are essential, with larch boards for the floors, galvanized steel for the windows and simple pipes for the supply of water.
