Discipline

4 December 2012

Among the various design brands to have emerged in recent times, Discipline is worthy of a mention. An Italian company with a strong international flavor that was launched during Milan Design Week 2012, Discipline proposes a simple but not monastic style that involves every aspect of design. Particulars: innovation on the technical plane, materials not often seen before and sometimes completely new, production that respects the environment and people, pleasing and colorful aesthetics, involvement of famous designers as well as less well-known (but talented) ones. And even a bit of attention to price, which never does any harm. Discipline’s products can be bought on its website or at a number of stores.

Roberta Mutti

She sits astride Italy, Belgium and Southeast Asia, and sometimes falls off. When asked what she does, she replies: I do things, see people. She has been writing about furniture for twenty years and is still not tired of it, in spite of everything. She has no free time, and is not even interested in it. For her it’s enough not to have to go to the same office everyday. She mixes with unlikely people, and contributes to Klat for this very reason.
