At every turn of the year, I take some time to think about what I have learned and what the past year has brought to the world. It is also a good time to think about the meaning of the rituals and the symbols this season carries. The myth of Santa particularly struck my attention this year as I witnessed a debate questioning the creation of Santa and the consequences on children when they deceptively find out that Santa is not what they had been told. After some thought, I realized it would be nice to revive the myth in the hearts of the adults.
