Inaugurato nel luglio 2010, il Treehotel di Harads, in Svezia, promette di essere una bella esperienza a contatto con la natura. Progettato dagli architetti svedesi Martin Videgård, Bolle Tham, Mårten e Gustav Cyrén, e Inredningsgruppen, per il momento offre 5 stanze più la sauna, ma è già pianificata la costruzione di altre camere, fino a un totale di 24. Ogni camera è una capsula indipendente con una vista mozzafiato sulla foresta circostante. Alcune sono sollevate da terra, come fossero nidi di uccelli, altre poggiano sul terreno, e ricordano i tradizionali capanni svedesi. Tutti gli spazi sono perfettamente mimetizzati nella natura, per ridurre al minimo l’impatto ambientale. (via Yatzer)

Opened in July 2010, the Treehotel at Harads, in Sweden, promises to be a beautiful experience in contact with nature. Designed by Swedish architects Martin Videgård, Bolle Tham and Mårten and Gustav Cyrén and Inredningsgruppen, it currently offers five rooms plus a sauna, but there are already plans for the construction of more rooms, up to a total of 24. Each room is an independent capsule with a breathtaking view of the surrounding forest. Some are raised above the ground, as if they were bird’s nests, others are set on it, and recall traditional Swedish cabins. All the spaces blend perfectly into the natural setting, to keep the impact on the environment to a minimum. (via Yatzer)
