I maniaci Apple sanno che al crescere dei device crescono anche i sistemi di alimentazione. Per un viaggiatore, ogni pezzo in più significa spazio aggiuntivo da occupare e sforzo ulteriore da sopportare (per la schiena). Per questo, un dispositivo capace di ridurre il numero degli ammennicoli necessari, e i tempi di ricarica, è benvenuto. Anche Apple ha già fatto degli interventi per ridurre le dimensioni dei caricatori, ma PlugBug di Twelve South è un ulteriore passo avanti: si attacca alla presa e ricarica due device contemporaneamente. Il che significa un alimentatore in meno, e tempi di ricarica più veloci, rispetto al cavo USB. (via Cool Hunting)

Apple maniacs know that as the device grows so do the systems used to supply it with power. For a traveler, each additional object takes up more space and requires additional effort (more strain on the back). So any appliance capable of cutting down the number of bits and pieces needed, and charging times, is welcome. Apple has already taken steps to reduce the size of its chargers, but Twelve South’s PlugBug is a further advance: it plugs into the wall outlet and charges two devices at once. Which means one less power supply, and faster charging times, than by USB cable. (via Cool Hunting)
